In consideration for participation in the SHINING STAR SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM, the individual, the family, the business, enitiy,group,organization, does hereby release and forever discharge, The Main Place Christian Fellowship inc, dba The Village Theater Arts and Camelot Academy and it’s officers, board and employees, jointly and severally, from any and all actions, causes of action, claims and demands for, loss or injury, which hereafter maybe sustained by participating in the SHINING STAR SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM.

SCHOLARSHIPS AND GRANTS ARE GIVEN BY THE SOLE DISCRETION OF THE MAIN PLACE CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP INC, dba THE VILLAGE THEATER ARTS AND CAMELOT ACADEMY.
